The conference forum represents a communication ground for discussion of the Russian film industry condition, alternative ways of its development, and working out of specific mechanisms.
The conference forum accommodates: representatives of the State, business and public cinematographic organizations.
The conference forum initiators: “Univers-Consulting” on the request of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation with the assistance of the RF Union of Cinematographers and Movie Research independent research company.
The conference forum focus: Innovations in management, technology and art solutions.

1. Industry regulation. State support of production and distribution, copyright protection under conditions of information society, a unified automated system of cinema tickets accounting, change in the national film status, promotion of public organizations. |

2. Cinema projects management. Development and protection of film projects, reduction of film production expenses (effective film budgeting in modern economic environment), tools of film projects management (software implementation, risk management), transformation of film products marketing and advertising approaches. |

3. Technologies and infrastructure. Revival of native film studios, expansion of cinema theatre chain, digital technologies in film production and screening, alternative ways of film distribution. |

4. Art and conceptual solutions. Dealing with conceptual and screenplay crisis, moral values in modern films, needs of general audience, quality film criteria.

For the conference forum will be prepared the Analytical Report on condition of film industry based on expert interviews with the film industry’s leading players. During plenary and breakout sessions the participants of the Conference Forum will develop working paper that will be addressed to the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, Government Council for development of national cinematography.
